Datacap bills for all Activated Deployments in PSCS. Users must de-activate Deployments in PSCS to cancel/pause billing prior to the next billing cycle. Resuming a "paused" deployment will re-incur the deployment activation fee.

 Pricing is in US Dollars unless indicated otherwise or approved by Datacap in writing 

Regarding calculation of Transaction Ranges(s) - a transaction will be counted for each of the

following transaction types - Load (Gift), Sale, Loyalty, VoidLoad (Gift), VoidSale, VoidLoyalty,

Dormancy Fee, PreAuth, PreAuthCapture, Adjust, Return, VoidReturn, AuthOnly, ZeroAuth,

Voucher, VoucherReturn, Issue, Balance, FSASale, ReverseFSASale, VoiceAuth,

ChipOverrideSale, BatchSummary, BatchClose, PartialReversal, IncrementalAuth,

CardLookupByRecordNo

If a merchant has exceeded the maximum transaction range (15000), an overage fee will be applied to the excess transactions in addition to the established Monthly Fee for the maximum Transaction Range.

There is no minimum monthly rental period or early termination fee for products listed above.

Additional new Products and/or Services released by Datacap after the signing of this agreement shall automatically be made available to Customer at standard prices, unless Customer opts out in writing or the parties agree to different terms by written amendment.
